1. Meet Us
Meet with us to discuss your project and specific needs to see if we’re a good fit.

2. Choose an architect
Select an architect / designer and turn your ideas into concept plans. We can recommend an architect or work collaboratively with whomever you’ve chosen.

3. Preliminary Budget Estimate
We present you with a budget estimate based on your concept plans from your architect. This allows you to check at an early stage that the project cost aligns with your budget.

4. Architectural Plans
Your architect and other consultants (structural engineers, surveyors etc.) prepare detailed plans for your approval and then building consent application. During this process we collaborate on buildability and methodology with your architect.

5. Consenting
Your architect submits your plans to Council for building consent.

6. Project Plan
We present you with a detailed project plan that includes a full description of all components in your project, a project schedule, a clear project price estimate and payment schedule.

7. Build Agreement
We sign a contract to provide you with a guarantee for your build. We use the Masterbuilder’s Contract.

8. Build Process
Scott personally project manages your project from our builders, to subcontractors, consultants, and council inspections. If you require any changes to the plan (variations) these can be priced at the time so that you are aware of the cost before any further work progresses.

9. Handover and Compliance
We complete the project to the absolute highest standard and provide the opportunity for you to request additional work. We provide you with all your Code of Compliance documentation.
